Our Team
Playwise teachers are degreed and have years of experience working with young children. All staff members have undergone CPR/First Aid certification and thorough background checks. We implement low child-to-teacher ratios, with at least two teachers in each classroom. Our teachers communicate regularly with families to keep them up-to-date on classroom goals and activities. We work closely with our students' families to address each child's specific academic and social needs.
Through years of experience and ongoing continuing education, we use our extensive knowledge of early childhood development to facilitate each student’s learning. Our teachers have an innate ability to empathize with children and understand that above all else, children need to be heard, respected and loved.

Jodi Rocco
"I have always had an innate passion to teach. My mother was a teacher, and her enthusiasm for education was undoubtedly passed on to me. Although I originally chose a career path in business, I feel that life has a way of leading you in the right direction. Twelve years ago, I began my second career in early childhood education, and I knew that I had found my true calling. Teaching young children has been the most rewarding experience in my life, other than being a mom. This is my 7th year teaching at Playwise Preschool Academy and my 3rd year as the school’s owner/director. I am delighted to be a part of this unique and reputable preschool program that is so special to so many families in the surrounding community. To be able help children develop a love for learning at the very start of their academic careers is an absolute honor.
