We exceed state regulations by implementing low child:teacher ratios. Our teachers have a degree in education.  All our assistants have experience working with children.  They team up to work effectively in an organized, structured atmosphere and provide a safe, nurturing environment that promotes curiosity, questioning, and free-exploration.  Our teachers are knowledgeable about child development and use this knowledge to facilitate each child’s learning and communicate with parents.  We act as a resource for families by providing information about child development and community resources in our monthly newsletters.
